About CompuTest, LLC
Greg Mitchell, a law professor, and Chris Bombardo, a law student, formed CompuTest, LLC to develop and market programs for use in settings where secure testing on computers is desired.
Mitchell and Bombardo developed Electronic Bluebook after becoming frustrated with the other options available for the typing of essay exams. They knew, from their own personal experiences, that professors prefer to grade typed answers to essay questions and that many students prefer to type their essay answers, but they couldn't find a cheap and simple program to use.
That's why they came up with Electronic Bluebook, which is simple to install and use, inexpensive, secure, and reliable. After successful beta testing at Michigan State University College of Law, Electronic Bluebook became available for use in any setting in which secure testing through a computer terminal is desired.
Today, Chris Bombardo is the Director of Information Technology at an ABA-accredited law school. He understands the challenges you face during exams.
For additional information about student and school reactions to Electronic Bluebook, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with references and customer satisfaction information.
CompuTest, LLC is committed to improving its products and welcomes suggestions for the enhancement of its products. For instance, CompuTest introduced a Network Version of Electronic Bluebook to meet the needs of schools that want the ease and added security that accompany automatically saving exams to the school's network. We also added a multiple choice component due to popular demand.
CompuTest can custom tailor its programs to meet your needs. If you have a specific need that we may meet with an existing or new product, please let us know. Click here to contact CompuTest, LLC.
